Its 2030 targets include ranking among the top 15 countries in AI, attracting about SAR 75 billion (roughly $20 billion) of investment, building a pool of more than 20,000 data and AI specialists and helping create 300 startups.
The strategy prioritizes health care, mobility, education, government and energy, and sets a 2020-2025 phase followed by a 2025-2030 phase of building internationally competitive capabilities.
