Tareq Amin, previously CEO of Rakuten Mobile and Rakuten Symphony, joined Aramco Digital as CEO, as reported on 17 October 2023. Aramco Digital had been launched in January 2023 with a pledge of $1.9 billion in digital-transformation investments over three years and five innovation centers.
Amin went on to lead Aramco Digital's partnership with Groq and was named CEO of PIF's HUMAIN in 2025.
