AMD, Cisco and HUMAIN announced a joint venture in November 2025, around the US-Saudi Investment Forum, to deploy up to 1 GW of AI infrastructure in Saudi Arabia by 2030. The venture builds on the AMD collaboration announced in May 2025, and its first phase was reported as 100 MW.
In September 2026 the partners reported the first AMD Instinct MI355X cluster live in the Kingdom, with HUMAIN planning 13,000 AMD GPUs in 2026 and up to 250 MW of additional infrastructure starting in 2027.
