At LEAP 2025, PIF's Alat and Lenovo announced an advanced manufacturing and technology center integrating AI and robotics in Riyadh, with $2 billion of investment and a Lenovo regional headquarters. Ground was broken in February on 200,000 square meters at the Riyadh Integrated Special Logistics Zone, with production of 'Saudi Made' laptops, desktops and servers expected to start in 2026.
The deal was one of the largest manufacturing items in the LEAP 2025 total of $14.9 billion.
