The draft sets four risk tiers, critical, high, limited and low, under which critical-risk systems could not be released and high-risk systems would need safety reports and test results accredited by SDAIA.
It also covers testing, monitoring, data protection, cybersecurity, content moderation, non-discrimination and registration.
