Lucidya, a Riyadh-based AI customer-experience platform founded in 2016, closed a $30 million Series B led by Impact46, with Wa'ed Ventures, Takamol Ventures, SparkLabs and existing backers Rua Growth Fund and ARG. The company said it is the largest AI venture investment ever raised in Saudi Arabia and the largest in the MENA region to date, and it plans to expand AI-agent products that automate support, marketing and sales roles.
Lucidya claims accuracy above 92% for Arabic sentiment analysis and operations in 11 countries.
