Amazon Web Services (AWS) and HUMAIN announced an AI Zone with investment of more than $5 billion, combining AWS infrastructure, semiconductors and UltraCluster networking with services such as SageMaker, Bedrock and Amazon Q, plus a unified AI agent marketplace for government. The AI Zone is separate from AWS's $5.3 billion region commitment.
In November 2025 the partners expanded the arrangement with Nvidia infrastructure and an AWS AI-chip deal, and at LEAP 2026 AWS said it will make up to 50 MW available in the AI Zone by 2028.
