On day two of LEAP 2026, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) reported about $2.5 billion in new investments. Al Moammar Information Systems committed $1.2 billion to reach 192 MW of capacity; NHC Innovation about $880 million (SAR 3.3 billion) for the Khuzam Digital Valley, targeting 65 MW by 2033 with NAVER Innovation and BytePlus as anchor customers; Vision Invest and Africa Finance Corporation $300 million for WIOCC; and Mobily and BytePlus more than $150 million for a cloud region. Nokia opened its first Saudi R&D center, and HPE expanded its Saudi Made program.
