# HUMAIN and EY to build Saudi Arabia's first AI-native outsourcing service

HUMAIN and EY MENA expanded their collaboration to develop what they describe as Saudi Arabia's first AI-native business process outsourcing service, combining AI agents, automation, analytics and human expertise across whole business processes. HUMAIN will provide the underlying technology, infrastructure and its HUMAIN ONE agentic platform, which runs on the Arabic ALLaM model; EY will contribute functional expertise in finance, tax, audit and advisory, along with commercialization. The partners first teamed up in November 2025 on areas including recruitment, tax and zakat filings, accounting and compliance. Financial terms, a launch date and customer targets were not disclosed.
