On 28 October 2025 HUMAIN and AirTrunk, backed by Blackstone and CPP Investments, announced a partnership to build and operate data centers in Saudi Arabia, with an initial investment of about $3 billion. CEO Tareq Amin suggested the partnership could widen to include BlackRock, KKR and DigitalBridge. At FII9 he also said HUMAIN targets a dual listing on the Saudi exchange and Nasdaq within three to four years.
