The second Global AI Summit, organized by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), ran for three days from 13 September 2022 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center, with more than 15,000 participants and more than 200 speakers from more than 90 countries. Outcomes included the Digital Cooperation Organization's Riyadh AI Call for Action Declaration, Saudi Arabia's accession to the World Bank's Digital Development Partnership, and an SDAIA and Google Cloud program to train 25,000 women in AI over five years. SDAIA's own release cited more than 40 agreements and MoUs.
