In February 2025 NEOM and DataVolt agreed a $5 billion net-zero, AI-focused data center campus at Oxagon, planned to reach 1.5 GW with a first 300 MW phase operational in 2028, powered by renewable energy and using advanced cooling. Oxagon leases the land and supplies infrastructure, and the Red Sea site gives access to subsea fiber. Reporting in 2026 describes a 100 MW phase with HUMAIN within a 360 MW campus at Oxagon.
