At LEAP 2024, DataVolt, a Riyadh-based developer founded in 2023, committed $5 billion to build new data centers in the Kingdom with combined capacity above 300 megawatts. The company later signed a $5 billion Oxagon campus deal with NEOM in February 2025 and, in May 2025, a memorandum with Supermicro under which Supermicro estimated the minimum market value of the products contemplated at $20 billion. That figure is the value of equipment, not DataVolt investment.

## Key figures

- investment: $5 bn
- capacity: 300 MW
